A 30 ft long Viking ship under a english pub?

At Arkeologiforum (a Swedish forum on archaeology) I learned that the first Viking ship had been found in the UK, probably. It supposedly is found underneath a pub, could there be a better spot for an excavation? Beer, Archaeology, Viking Age ships – shit I wanna excavate! Here you can see what the telegraph is writing.
