Rain, cold and more rain

Today has been a cold and wet day, it started to rain as soon as we reached the site and with a few pauses it rained all day. Nerveless it’s been quite a good day, all gets a bit easier with a sense of good humour and a warm trailer to visit once in a while. As the rain pored down there won’t be any pictures today, I didn’t even bring the camera.

We still haven’t made a lot of finds, but we found ca 20 quartz fragments and we were able to continue our work on the constructions we began last week. It is fortunate that the ground consists of silt and sand and therefore has a natural drainage.

Hopefully the weather will pick up till tomorrow.
